Smaragdgrün (Emerald Green) – Book Review

Rating: 4.5/5 stars

Title: Smaragdgrün (Emerald Green)

Year: 2013

Author : Kerstin Gier

Precious Stone Trilogy

A great finale to this trilogy. Honestly, it was a very fulfilling finale to the book series… apart from the final chapter that is. If I am honest I really did not like the final chapter. I would have prefered it, if it did not exist… but then again I’ve been wishing something similar for the Harry Potter series. Anyway, in this book everything clicks together, everything concerning the Count of St. Germain, Gwendolyn and Gideon, time travel, the order… everything. If you ask me, this is what made the book great, the fact that in the end all questions were answered!

Generally, I think this was a great trilogy. It was a lot of fun to read and it was also very mysterious and adventurous… a great easy read!
